٤٢١٧ - وَعَنْ أَسْمَاءَ بِنْتِ أَبِيْ بَكْرٍ رضي الله عنها أَنَّهَا فَأَخْرَجَتْ إِلَيَّ جُبَّةَ طَيَالِسَةٍ كِسْرَوَانِيَّةٍلَهَا لِبْنَةُ دِيبَاجِ وَفَرْجَيْهَا 2 مَكْفُوفَيْنِ بِالدِّيبَاجِ، فَقَالَتْ: هَذِهِ كَانَتْ عِنْدَ عَائِشَةَ حَتَّىقُبِضَتْ، فَلَمَّا قُبِضَتْ قَبَضْتُهَا، وَكَانَ النَّبِيُّ صلي الله عليه واله وسلم يَلْبَسُهَا، فَنَحْنُ نَغْسِلُهَا لِلْمَرْضَىنَسْتَشْفِيْ بِهَا. رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمُ.

(2) The statement: and its two openings hemmed with brocade: It is said in Al-Hidayah: It is not permissible for men to wear silk, but it is permissible for women, except that a small amount is excused, which is the measure of three or four fingers, such as markings and hemming with silk.
