٤٣٦٢ - وَعَنْهُ رضي الله عنه قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُوْلُ اللهِ صلي الله عليه واله وسلم :(مَا أَنْزَلَ اللهُ دَاءً إِلَّا 1 أَنْزَلَ لَهُ شِفَاءً). رَوَاهُ الْبُخَارِيُّ.

(1) The statement: "except that He has sent down its cure": If you say: We see many sick people treated who do not recover. I say: This is due to ignorance of proper treatment or diagnosis of the disease, not the absence of a cure. Thus, Al-Nawawi said.
