Ubayy ibn Ka'b (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated: "The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) would pray Witr with three rak'ahs. In the first, he would recite Sabbih isma Rabbika al-A'la (Surah Al-A'la), in the second Qul ya ayyuhal kafirun (Surah Al-Kafirun), and in the third Qul Huwa Allahu Ahad (Surah Al-Ikhlas). He would perform Qunut before bowing."
