Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "When Allah wills good for a servant, He hastens his punishment in this world. And when Allah wills evil for a servant, He withholds his punishment for his sin until he meets Him on the Day of Judgment"
