Abdullah ibn Amr (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Prophet (ﷺ) took one-tenth as charity from honey. [Narrated by Ibn Majah]
Abu Dawud and Tirmidhi narrated something similar, and Abu Dawud did not criticize it, so at the very least, it is considered Hasan.

(3) The statement: “It is hasan.” In Al-Jawhar Al-Naqi: It is narrated from Amr ibn Shu’ayb, from his father, from his grandfather, that Hilal came to the Prophet (ﷺ) with the charity of his beehives. I say: Ibn Abd Al-Barr authenticated it in Al-Istidhkar.

(۳) قوله: حسنا وفي الجوهر النقي»: عن عمرو بن شعيب عن أبيه عن جده أن هلالا جاء إلى النبي ﷺ بعشور نحل له، الحديث. قلت: حسنه ابن عبد البر في الاستذكار».

اس کی روایت ابن ماجہ نے کی ہے اور ابوداؤد اور ترمذی نے بھی اسی طرح روایت کی ہے اور ہدایہ میں مذکور ہے کہ امام ابوحنیفہ رحمہ اللہ کے پاس شہد کی زکات میں عشر واجب ہے خواہ وہ کم ہو یا زیادہ، جبکہ وہ عشری زمین میں نکلتا ہو۔
