Abdullah ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated: A man came to the Prophet (ﷺ) and said, "O Messenger of Allah, how many times should we forgive a servant?" He remained silent. The man repeated the question, and he remained silent. On the third time, he said: "Forgive him seventy times every day."
