Abdullah bin al-Mughaffal (may Allah be pleased with him) said that he heard his son say: "O Allah, I ask You for the white palace on the right side of Paradise." He (Abdullah) said: "O my son, ask Allah for Paradise and seek refuge with Him from the Fire, for I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say: 'There will be people in this Ummah who will exceed the limits in purification and supplication.'"

ف: طہارت میں حد سے بڑھنا یہ ہے کہ تین بار سے زیادہ اعضاء کو دھوئے اور پانی زیادہ خرچ کرے۔ اور دھونے میں اس قدر مبالغہ کرے کہ حد وسواس کو پہنچے۔ اور دعا میں حد سے بڑھنا یہ ہے کہ بے ادبی کرے اور مطلب کے مانگنے میں قیدیں لگائے یا ایسی چیز کا سوال کرے جو امکان اور عادت سے باہر ہو۔12
