Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: “Do not say ‘Al-Karm,’ for Al-Karm is the heart of the believer.” [Narrated by Muslim]
In another narration by Muslim, from Wa’il ibn Hujr: “Do not say ‘Al-Karm,’ but say ‘Al-‘Inab’ or ‘Al-Hablah.’”
