English

Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: “Indeed, Allah does not wrong a believer regarding a good deed; 1 he is rewarded for it in this world and the Hereafter. As for the disbeliever, he is fed for his good deeds done for Allah in this world, so when he reaches the Hereafter, he has no good deed to be rewarded for.”

Note 1

Indeed, Allah does not wrong a believer…

(1) His statement: “Indeed, Allah does not wrong a believer…”: The meaning is that Allah rewards the believer with favor and the disbeliever with justice, and He is not questioned about what He does. (As stated in Al-Mirqat.)
