Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) narrated: I heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) say in one of his prayers: “O Allah, 1 reckon me with an easy reckoning.” I said: “O Prophet of Allah, what is the easy reckoning?” He said: “That He looks at his record and overlooks it. Indeed, whoever is scrutinized in the reckoning on that day, O Aisha, will be ruined.”

Note 1
(1) His statement: “O Allah, reckon me with an easy reckoning”: This is either a teaching for the nation and a reminder to awaken them from heedlessness, or an expression of delight in the blessing that will befall him, or an expression of fear befitting his station of knowing the Lord of Might, disregarding his rank of prophethood and protection. (As stated in Al-Mirqat)
