Hudhayfah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated: I said to my mother: “Let me go 1 to the Prophet (ﷺ) to pray Maghrib with him and ask him to seek forgiveness for me and you.” So, I went to the Prophet (ﷺ) and prayed Maghrib with him. He continued praying until he prayed Isha, then he turned, and I followed him. He heard my voice and said: “Who is this? Hudhayfah?” I said: “Yes.” He said: “What is your need? May Allah forgive you and your mother. Indeed, this is an angel who has never descended to earth before this night. He sought permission from his Lord to greet me and give me glad tidings that Fatimah is the leader of the women of Paradise, and that Hasan and Husayn are the leaders of the youth of the people of Paradise.”

Note 1
(1) The statement “Let me go”: It is likely she was preventing him due to the distance of the place, out of fear for him or herself. The statement “to go”: With the retention of the ya, it is a new sentence, meaning “I will go.” The statement “he prayed”: Meaning, the Prophet (ﷺ) prayed the supererogatory prayers. (As stated in Al-Mirqat)
Note 1
