Muhammad ibn Qubays ibn Makhramah narrated: "The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: 'The people of Jahiliyyah would depart from Arafah when the sun looked like turbans on their faces (before sunset), and from Muzdalifah after sunrise when it looked the same. But we depart from Arafah after sunset and from Muzdalifah before sunrise - our way contradicts the way of idol-worshippers.'"
