Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “If one of you is in the shade and the shadow recedes, leaving part of him in the sun and part in the shade, let him stand.” [Narrated by Abu Dawud]
In Sharh as-Sunnah, from him: “If one of you is in the shade and the shadow recedes, let him stand, for it is the sitting place of Satan.”
