Amr ibn Maymun al-Awdi (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said to a man while advising him: “Seize five things before five: your youth before your old age, your health before your illness, your wealth before your poverty, your free time before your preoccupation, and your life before your death.”
