Awf ibn Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “A visitor came to me from my Lord and gave me a choice between half of my nation entering Paradise or intercession. I chose intercession, and it is for whoever dies without associating anything with Allah.”
