Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “I was sent with comprehensive speech, aided with fear, and while I was sleeping, I saw that I was brought 1 the keys to the treasures of the earth, and they were placed in my hand.”
I was brought the keys to the treasures of the earth
(1) His statement: “I was brought the keys to the treasures of the earth”: In An-Nihayah, it means what Allah, the Exalted, facilitated for him and his nation in conquering various lands and extracting diverse treasures. (As stated in Al-Mirqat)

(۱) قوله: أتيت بمفاتيح خزائن الأرض في النهاية»: أراد ما سهل الله تعالى له ولأمته من افتتاح البلاد المتعددات واستخراج الكنوز المتنوعات، كذا في «المرقاة».

(20) قوله: أتيت بمفاتيح خزائن الأرض . کتاب نہایہ میں ہے اس سے مراد یہ ہے کہ اللہ تعالیٰ نے آپ کے
لئے اور آپ کی امت کے لئے متعدد ملکوں کو فتح کرنا اور ہر قسم کے خزانے کا نکالنا آسان کر دیا ہے۔(مرقات)۔
