Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) would not sit after finishing the prayer except long enough to say:
"O Allah, You are As-Salam (the Source of Peace), and from You is peace. Blessed are You, O Possessor of Majesty and Honor."
