Abu Mijlaz reported that he entered the mosque for Fajr prayer with Ibn Umar and Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them), and the imam was leading the prayer. Ibn Umar joined the row, while Ibn Abbas prayed two rak'ahs and then joined the imam. When the imam finished the prayer, Ibn Umar remained seated until the sun rose, then he stood and prayed two rak'ahs.
