Abu Sa'id al-Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that when he was nearing death, he asked for new clothes and wore them. Then he said, "I heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) say, 'The deceased will be resurrected in the clothes in which he died.'" .
