Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "'SubhanAllah' is the prayer of creation, 'Alhamdulillah' is the phrase of gratitude, 'La ilaha illa Allah' is the phrase of sincerity, and 'Allahu Akbar' fills what is between the heavens and the earth. When a servant says: 'La hawla wa la quwwata illa billah,' Allah says: 'He has submitted and surrendered.'"
