English

Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: I am closer to the believers than their own selves. Whoever dies with a debt and leaves no means to settle it, its payment is upon us. Whoever leaves wealth, it is for their heirs. In another narration: Whoever leaves a debt or dependents, let them come to me, for I am their patron. In another narration: Whoever leaves wealth, it is for their heirs, and whoever leaves dependents, they are my responsibility.
