٣٦٣٨ - وَعَنْ أَبِيْ سَعِيْدٍ رضي الله عنه ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُوْلُ اللهِ صلي الله عليه وسلم : (أَفْضَلُ الْجِهَادِ مَنْ قَالَ كَلِمَةَ حَقِّ عِنْدَ سُلْطَانٍ جَائِر). رَوَاهُ التِّرْمِذِيُّ وَأَبُوْ دَاوُدَ وَابْنِ مَاجَه، وَرَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ وَالنَّسَائِيُّ عَنْ طَارِقِ بْنِ شِهَاپٍ.
