Abu Sa‘id al-Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: The believers in this world are in three categories: those who believe in Allah and His Messenger without doubt and strive with their wealth and lives in the way of Allah; those whom people trust with their wealth and lives; and those who, when tempted, abandon it for Allah, Exalted and Glorious.

٣٧٨١ - وَعَنْ أَبِيْ سَعِيْدِ الْخُدْرِيِّ رضى الله عنه أَنَّ رَسُوْلَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ: (الْمُؤْمِنُونَ فِي الدُّنْيَاعَلَى ثَلَاثَةِ أَجْزَاءٍ: الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا بِاللهِ وَرَسُولِهِ ثُمَّ لَمْ يَرْتَابُوا وَجَاهَدُوا بِأَمْوَالِهِمْ وَأَنْفُسِهِمْ فِيسَبِيلِ اللهِ، وَالَّذِي يَأْمَنُهُ النَّاسُ عَلَى أَمْوَالِهِمْ وَأَنْفُسِهِمْ، ثُمَّ الَّذِي إِذَا أَشْرَفَ عَلَى طَمَع تَرَكَهُلِلَّهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ). رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ.

نے ارشاد فرمایا: مومنین دنیا میں تین حصوں میں (تین طرح کے) ہیں، وہ حضرات جو اللہ اور اس کے
رسول پر ایمان لائے پھر وہ شک میں نہیں پڑے اور اپنے مال اور اپنی جانوں سے اللہ کے راستے میں
جہاد کئے۔ اور وہ لوگ ہیں جن سے لوگ اپنے مال اور جانوں سے متعلق امن میں رہیں پھر وہ ہیں جو
حرص پر جھانکا اور اللہ بزرگ و برتر کے لئے اس کو چھوڑ دیا (احمد)
