No house with vinegar as a condiment is barren

(1) The statement: “No house with vinegar as a condiment is barren”: This encourages not looking down on bread and vinegar and asking for food from someone with whom the asker is not shy due to sincere love and knowledge of their generosity, per “Al-Mirqat.”
