Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) prohibited 2 a man from putting on sandals while standing .

٤٢٦٧ - وَعَنْ جَابِرٍرضي الله عنه ( قَالَ: نَهَى 2 رَسُولُ اللهِ صلي الله عليه واله وسلم أَنْ يَنْتَعِلَ الرَّجُلُ قَائِمًا. رَوَاهُأَبُوْ دَاوُدَ، وَرَوَاهُ التِّرْمِذِيُّ وَابْنُ مَاجَهِ عَنْ أَبِيْ هُرَيْرَةَ .

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہا: حضرت رسول اللہ صلی اللہ
علیہ وسلم نے کھڑے1 رہ کر جوتے پہننے سے منع فرمایا۔ (ابوداؤد۔)
اور اس کو امام ترمذی و ابن ماجہ نے ابو ہریرہؓ سے روایت کیا ہے
