Iyadh ibn Himar Al-Mujashi’i (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “Allah revealed to me that you should humble yourselves so no one boasts over another, and no one oppresses another.”

٤٧٠٦ - وَعَنْ عِيَاضِ بْنِ حِمَارِ الْمُجَاشِعِيِّ (رضي الله عنه) أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ: «إِنَّ اللَّهَ أَوْحَى إِلَيَّ أَنْ تَوَاضَعُوا حَتَّى لَا يَفْخَرَ أَحَدٌ عَلَى أَحَدٍ وَلَا يَبْغِيَ أَحَدٌ عَلَى أَحَدٍ». رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ.

سیدنا عیاض بن حمار مجاشعی رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ
صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا کہ اللہ تعالیٰ نے میری طرف وحی بھیجی ہے کہ تم تواضع اختیار کرو یہاں
تک کہ کوئی کسی پر فخر نہ کرے اور نہ کوئی کسی پر بغاوت (زیادتی) کرے۔ (مسلم)۔
