سیدنا ابو ہریرہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ
صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایا: آدمی اپنے دوست کے دین پر ہوتا ہے1 تو چاہئے کہ تم میں سے
ہر ایک دیکھ لے وہ کس سے دوستی کر رہا ہے۔ (احمد، ترمذی، ابوداؤد، بیہقی شعب الایمان)۔
