Abdullah ibn Buraydah narrated from his father (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “No one of my companions dies in a land except that he is raised 1 as a leader and a light for them on the Day of Resurrection.”

٥٧٧٧ - وَعَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ بُرَيْدَةَ عَنْ أَبِيْهِ (رضي الله عنه) قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ: «مَا مِنْ أَحَدٍ مِنْ أَصْحَابِي يَمُوتُ بِأَرْضِ إِلَّا بُعِثَ 1 قَائِدًا وَنُورًا لَهُمْ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ». رَوَاهُ التَّرْمِذِيُّ.

اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا میرے صحابہ میں سے کوئی کسی سرزمین میں انتقال نہیں کریں گے کہ وہ
ان کے لئے قیامت کے دن قائد اور نور بن کر اٹھائے جائیں گے(11)۔ (ترمذی)

(۱) قوله: إلا بعث: أي إلا حشر ذلك الأحد من أصحابي. «قائدا» أي لأهل تلك الأرض، ونورا» أي هاديا لهم. كذا في المرقاة».

(11) قولہ: الا بعث۔ یعنی میرے صحابہ میں سے وہ انتقال کرنے والے ایک صحابی اس سرزمین کے لئے قیامت کے دن قائد رہیں گے اور نور یعنی ان کے لئے رہنما ہوں گے۔ (مرقات)
