Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said to his wives: “Your affair concerns me after 1 my passing, and only the patient and truthful will be patient with you.” Aishah said: He meant 2 the charitable. Then Aishah said to Abu Salamah ibn Abdur-Rahman: “May Allah give your father to drink from the Salsabil of Paradise.” Abdur-Rahman ibn Awf 3 had given charity to the Mothers of the Believers with a garden sold for forty thousand.
