Abu Salamah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her) said: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “O Aishah, this is Jibril conveying greetings of peace to you.” She said: And upon him be peace and Allah’s mercy. She said: He sees what I do not see.

(1) The statement “this is Jibril conveying greetings of peace to you”: It is inferred from this Hadith that Khadijah has superiority over Aishah, as it is mentioned regarding her that Jibril conveyed greetings from her Lord, while here it is from Jibril himself. (As stated in Al-Mirqat)
