Buhaysah reported from her father that she said: “O Messenger of Allah, what is the thing that it is not permissible to withhold?” He said: “Water.” She said: “O Prophet of Allah, what is the thing that it is not permissible to withhold?” He said: “Salt.” She said: “O Prophet of Allah, what is the thing that it is not permissible to withhold?” He said: “Doing good is better for you.”
