Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that he informed his companions that he was fasting, then came out to them with his head dripping. They said, "Were you not fasting?" He said, "Yes, but a slave girl of mine passed by me, and I desired her, so I had intercourse with her. She was beautiful, and I desired her. I will fast another day in its place."
