Umayyah ibn Makhshi narrated: A man was eating without saying Bismillah until only one morsel remained. When he raised it to his mouth, he said: “Bismillah at its start and end.” The Prophet (ﷺ) laughed and said: “The devil was eating with him, but when he mentioned Allah’s name, he vomited what was in his stomach.”
