It is narrated from Abu Sa’id al-Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) had marks of mud on his forehead and the tip of his nose from a prayer he led with the people.

١٢٥٢ - وَعَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ (رضي الله عنه): أَنَّ رَسُوْلَ اللهِ ﷺ رَبِّيَ عَلَى جَبْهَتِهِ وَعَلَى أَرْنَبَتِهِ أَثَرُ طِيْنٍ مِنْ صَلَاةٍ صَلَّاهَا بِالنَّاسِ. رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُدَ.
