Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated: "The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: 'When the night of the 15th of Sha'ban arrives, stand in prayer during its night and fast during its day. For Allah descends to the lowest heaven at sunset and says: "Is there anyone seeking forgiveness so that I may forgive them? Is there anyone seeking provision so that I may provide for them? Is there anyone afflicted so that I may heal them? Is there anyone...?" until dawn breaks.'"
