Narrated Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him): "Whoever learns the Book of Allah, then follows what is in it, Allah will guide him from misguidance in this world, and protect him from the evil reckoning on the Day of Judgment." In another narration, he said: "Whoever follows the Book of Allah will not go astray in this world nor will he be miserable in the Hereafter," then he recited the verse: {And whoever follows My guidance will not go astray and will not be miserable} (Taha: 123).
