Samura ibn Jundub and Al-Mughira ibn Shu’ba (may Allah be pleased with them) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "Whoever narrates a hadith from me thinking it might be false, then he is one of the liars."

۱۸۹ - وَعَنْ سَمُرَةَ بْنِ جُنْدُبٍ وَالْمُغِيْرَةَ بْنِ شُعْبَةَ (رضي الله عنه) قَالَا : قَالَ رَسُوْلُ اللهِ ﷺ: «مَنْ حَدَّثَ عَنِّي بِحَدِيثٍ يُرَى أَنَّهُ كَذِبُ فَهُوَ أَحَدُ الْكَاذِبَيْنِ». رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ.

کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: جس نے میری جانب نسبت بیان کرتے ہوئے کوئی حدیث
بیان کی، اور وہ گمان رکھتا ہو کہ وہ جھوٹ ہے تو وہ جھوٹوں میں کا ایک جھوٹا ہے۔ (اس کی روایت مسلم
نے کی ہے)۔
