Ibn Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "Envy is not justified except in two cases: a man whom Allah has given wealth and he spends it in the way of truth, and a man whom Allah has given wisdom and he judges and teaches by it."
