Abdullah ibn Al-Zubayr (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that whenever he heard thunder, he would stop speaking and say: "Glory be to Him whom the thunder glorifies with His praise, and so do the angels out of fear of Him" (Qur'an 13:13).
