Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them) reported that a man asked the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ): "Who is a pilgrim (hajj)?" He replied: "One with disheveled hair and covered in dust." Another asked: "Which Hajj is best?" He said: "Raising one’s voice (in talbiyah) and shedding blood (in sacrifice)." A third asked: "What is 'a way'?" He answered: "Provisions and a mount."
