Abdul Rahman ibn Abi Layla narrated: The Prophet’s (ﷺ) companions told us that while traveling with the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ), a man among them slept. Some went to a rope with him and took it, startling him. The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “It is not lawful for a Muslim to frighten another Muslim.”
