Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) was holding an Arabian bow. He saw a man holding a Persian bow and said: "What is this? Throw it away, and keep to these and their like, and cane spears, for through them Allah will support you in religion and establish you in the lands."
