Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “Spoils were not lawful for anyone before us. That is because Allah saw our weakness and inability, so He made them lawful for us.”

٣٩٢٠ - وَعَنْ أَبِيْ هُرَيْرَةَ رضي الله عنه عَنْ رَسُوْلِ اللهِ صلي الله عليه واله وسلم قَالَ:(فَلَمْ تَحِلَّ الْغَنَائِمُ لِأَحَدٍ مِنْقَبْلِنَا، ذَلِكَ بِأَنَّ اللّهَ رَأَى ضَعْفَنَا وَعَجْزَنًا، فَطَيَّبَهَا لَنَا). مُتَّفَقُّ عَلَيْهِ.

ابو ہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا
اموال غنیمت ہم سے پہلے کسی کے لئے حلال نہیں تھے۔ یہ اس لئے کہ اللہ تعالیٰ نے ہماری ناتوانی اور
کمزوری کو دیکھا تو اس کو ہمارے لئے حلال کر دیا۔ (متفق علیہ)
