Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) narrated: Asma’ bint Abi Bakr entered upon the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) wearing thin clothing. He turned away from her and said: "O Asma’, when a woman reaches puberty, it is not proper for anything to be seen of her except this and this," pointing to his face and hands.
