Umm Atiyyah Al-Ansariyyah narrated: A woman in Madinah used to perform circumcision, and the Prophet (ﷺ) said to her: Do not cut excessively, for that is better for the woman and more pleasing to the husband [Narrated by Abu Dawud]. It is said: This hadith is weak, and its narrator is unknown, but Tabarani narrated it with a sound chain.

٤٢٩٩ - وَعَنْ أُمَّ عَطِيَّةَ الْأَنْصَارِيَّةِ أَنَّ امْرَأَةً كَانَتْ تَخْتِنُ بِالْمَدِينَةِ، فَقَالَ لَهَا النَّبِيُّ صلي الله عليه واله وسلم (لَا تُنْهِكِي؛ فَإِنَّ ذَلِكَ أَحْظَى لِلْمَرْأَةِ وَأَحَبُّ إِلَى الْبَعْلِ). رَوَاهُ أَبُوْ دَاوُدَ.
وَقَالَ: هَذَا الْحَدِيْثُ ضَعِيْفٌ وَرَاوِيْهِ مَجْهُولُ، وَرَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُ بِسَنَدٍ صَحِيْحٍ.

سیدتنا ام عطیہ انصاریہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہا سے روایت ہے کہ ایک عورت
مدینہ طیبہ میں ختنہ کرتی تھی تو اس سے نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا مبالغہ مت کر، کیونکہ یہ
عورت کے لئے زیادہ لذت کی چیز ہے، شوہر کو زیادہ پسند ہے۔ (ابوداؤد)
