Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “Gatherings are a trust, except for three gatherings: one involving unlawful bloodshed, unlawful intimacy, or taking wealth unjustly.”

٤٨٦٤ - وَعَنْهُ (رضي الله عنه) قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ : الْمَجَالِسُ بِالْأَمَانَةِ إِلَّا ثَلَاثَةَ مَجَالِسَ: سَفْكُ دَمٍ حَرَامٍ أَوْ فَرْجٌ حَرَامٌ أَوْ اقْتِطَاعُ مَالٍ بِغَيْرِ حَقٍّ». رَوَاهُ أَبُوْ دَاوُدَ.

زنا کاری سے متعلق (3) ناحق کسی کے مال کو چھین لینے سے متعلق۔ (ابوداؤد)۔
