From Abdullah ibn Amr (may Allah be pleased with him), the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "A Muslim is the one from whose tongue and hand the Muslims are safe, and the Muhajir (emigrant) is the one who abandons what Allah has forbidden." This is the wording of Bukhari. In Muslim's version, it is mentioned:
A man asked the Prophet (ﷺ): "Which Muslim is the best?" He replied: "The one from whose tongue and hand the Muslims are safe."

٥- وَعَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْن عَمْرٍو (رضي الله عنهما) قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُوْلُ اللهِ ﷺ: «الْمُسْلِمُ مَنْ سَلِمَ الْمُسْلِمُوْنَ مِنْ لِسَانِهِ وَيَدِهِ، وَالْمُهَاجِرُ مَنْ هَجَرَ مَا نَهَى اللهُ عَنْهُ». هَذَا لَفْظُ الْبُخَارِيِّ، وَلِمُسْلِمٍ قَالَ: إِنَّ رَجُلًا سَأَلَ النَّبِيَّ : أَيُّ الْمُسْلِمِينَ خَيْرٌ؟ قَالَ: «مَنْ سَلِمَ الْمُسْلِمُوْنَ مِنْ لِسَانِهِ وَيَدِهِ».

اور ہاتھ سے دوسرے مسلمان محفوظ رہیں۔
