Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “In the end of time, there will be a caliph 1 who distributes wealth without counting it.” In another narration: He said: “At the end of my nation, there will be a caliph who scatters wealth without counting it.”

٥٢٣١ - وَعَنْ جَابِرٍ (رضي الله عنه) قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ يَكُونُ1 قوله: يكون في آخر الزمان خليفة والمراد بالخليفة المهدي، ويحتمل أن يكون غيره. كذا في «اللمعات». فِي آخِرِ الزَّمَانِ خَلِيفَةٌ يَقْسِمُ الْمَالَ وَلَا يَعُدُّهُ». وَفِي رِوَايَةٍ : قَالَ: «يَكُوْنُ فِي آخِرِ أُمَّتِي خَلِيفَةٌ يَحْيِي الْمَالَ حَثْيًا لَا يَعُدُّهُ عَدَدًا». رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ.

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت ہے انہوں نے کہا رسول اللہ
صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایا: آخری زمانہ میں ایک خلیفہ ہوگا2 جو مال کو تقسیم کریگا اور اسکو گنے گا
نہیں۔ اور ایک روایت میں ہے آپ نے ارشاد فرمایا: میری امت کے آخر میں ایک خلیفہ ہوگا جو
مال کو لپو بھر بھر کے دے گا اور اس کو گنے گا نہیں۔ (مسلم)۔
