Thawban (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “When you see black banners 1 coming from Khurasan, go to them, for among them 2 is Allah’s caliph, the Mahdi.”
سیدنا ثوبان رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت ہے، حضرت رسول اللہ
صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: جب تم کالے جھنڈے 1 دیکھو جو خراسان کی طرف سے آئے ہوں
گے تو تم ان کے پاس جاؤ، کیونکہ اس میں 2 اللہ کے خلیفہ مہدی ہوں گے۔ (احمد، بیہقی، دلائل النبوۃ)۔
