Al-Mughirah ibn Shu’bah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated: “No one asked the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) about the Dajjal more than I did, and he said to me: ‘What harm will he cause you?’ I said: ‘They say he will have a mountain of bread and a river of water 1.’ He said: ‘He is too insignificant in Allah’s sight for that.’”

٥٢٦٧ - وَعَنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ بْنِ شُعْبَةَ (رضي الله عنه) قَالَ: مَا سَأَلَ أَحَدُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ عَنِ الدَّجَّالِ أَكْثَرَ مِمَّا سَأَلْتُهُ، وَإِنَّهُ قَالَ لِي: مَا يَضُرُّكَ؟» قُلْتُ: إِنَّهُمْ يَقُوْلُوْنَ: إِنَّ مَعَهُ جَبَلَ خُبْرٍ وَنَهَرَ1 مَاءٍ، قَالَ: «هُوَ أَهْوَنُ عَلَى اللَّهِ مِنْ ذَلِكَ». مُتَّفَقٌ عَلَيْهِ.

سیدنا مغیرہ بن شعبہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اکرم
صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے کسی نے بھی دجال کے بارے میں مجھ سے زیادہ سوال نہیں کیا، یقیناً آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم
نے مجھ سے فرمایا: وہ تمکو نقصان نہیں پہنچائیگا، میں نے کہا: لوگ کہتے ہیں کہ اسکے ساتھ روٹی کا پہاڑ اور
پانی کی نہر ہوگی 2، آپ ﷺ نے فرمایا یہ اللہ تعالیٰ پر اس سے زیادہ آسان ہے۔ (متفق علیہ)۔
